My company is going to change the recruiting industry in the way we bill clients for our services - by bringing our percentages to something reasonable – 15%, which is 30 to 50% lower than industry standards, and by not using broadcast email to find people.

Since we have worked in the IT industry in various functions from Tech consultants to sales and marketing territory managers, we will not be bothering you with positions which are completely unrelated to your skillset. And we won’t inundate the desks of our client managers with the wrong resumes.

I have been working in IT and IT/Telecomm recruiting for over seven (7) years, and enjoy working in the recruiting industry. I believe that the services the recruiting industry provides are a valuable asset to many companies who are not in a position to either hire a full HR staff, or who are not equipped to handle a big hiring influx for the short term.

Our main focus right now is Permanent placements in the IT/Telecomm industry.

In light of the recent attacks on America (which many suspect were carried out by those tied to the Middle East) I would like to remind everyone that there are many immigrants here in the USA. from many different countries who might look like the stereotypical Muslim extremist, and that most Muslims are God- loving, non-violent people. So I urge you please, please keep your wits and report what you see or hear to the proper authorities for them to sort out.

Attacking your neighbor will not do any good for the USA, nor will it fix the damage or return the lives lost in these brutal attacks.

Our hearts go out to the victims, families, and friends of all the good people lost to this horrible tragedy.
